1 capsule contains 520 mg of the ZINC + SELENIUM mixture [ground pumpkin seeds (Cucurbita pepo) 250 mg – source of zinc, magnolia berry (Schisandra chinensis) extract 115 mg, purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea) extract 100 mg, selenium yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root extract 20 mg].
