INGREDIENTS

Capsules with acerola: 1 capsule contains 530 mg of mixture [L-ascorbic acid; 100 mg acerola (Malpighia glabra) fruit extract; sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) dried fruit and oil; lingonberries (Vaccinium vitis-idaea) dried fruit].

Rose hip capsules: 1 capsule contains 530 mg of mixture [L-ascorbic acid; 100 mg rose hips (Rosa canina, Rosa laevigata) fruit extract; sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) dried fruit and oil].

Sea buckthorn capsules: 1 capsule contains 530 mg of mixture [L-ascorbic acid; 150 mg sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) dried fruit and extract, sea buckthorn oil].

Capsule shell: gelatine.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Any 1 capsule 2x a day before meals.

The capsules are swallowed whole with water or by pouring the contents into food or water. Long-term usage is possible.
