• 100 mg of extract of Trigonella foenum graecum (Fenugreek) – 15:1,
• 100 mg of extract of Gymnema sylvestre (Gurmar) – 10:1,
• 100 mg of extract of Curcuma longa (Turmeric, Haridra) – 7:1,
• 100 mg of extract of Momordica charantia Linn. (Karela, Karvellak) – 10:1,
• 100 mg of extract of Syzygium cumini (Jambul)– 8:1,

Package: 60 capsules, 500 mg of pure herbal extract in each capsule extract, no additives

Dosage: 1- 2 capsules once-twice daily after each meal with milk or plain water
